Sierra Leone: Planning & implementing the construction of a 3.5Km canal and floating river offtake pumping facility in 4.5months within the 6 mnth timeline.
Zimbabwe: Contract Land prep achieving 2 x the amount of land tilled to a higher standard than other operators more efficiently
Zimbabwe: Purchase of my own property having been financed, paying the amount off 2 yrs early. Increasing area from 60Ha to 250Ha and tonnage from Average of 80 TPH to 120 TPH

General Manager – Oversee the implementation of Agric programmes from Land clearing to harvesting. Developing a motivated management team that enthusiastically channels their energies to achieving the planned production targets within the outlined budgets.Or Livestock Manager – Oversee the planning and execution of profitable breeding,feeding and marketing of livestock products. Integrating the latest technologies and methods. Develop a top team that works toward a common goal.

General Agriculture, primary production, green field start up, Logistics and operational layouts including irrigation installation ( land clearing to planting)land prep including land forming and leveling.Crop Husbandry & maintenance through to harvest. Coordination of large scale harvesting and harvest logistics. Been involved with survey and planning of block layout and drainage etc
