Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Lead projects through all phases of the stage gate project development model (project inception to commissioning and handover) supporting the Owners PMT. Reponsible for:
* Scope development
* Contractor, engineering consultant and vendor selection
* Technology, equipment and material selections
* Scope quality management (quality assurance and quality control)
* BFD, PFD and MFD development.
*Detail Engineering Design and Reviews.
* Design reviews, safety reviews, risk reviews
