Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
My main duties were to improve the OEE, and I managed to improve the OEE from 65 % to 75% by eliminating all the redundant
followed by creating parts. I also trained staff for new processes and created work instructions. I was responsible for capacity models, time studies, Finite plans, ECRs, kaizens, SMED, and 5S. I designed the layout of the facility and determined the personnel requirements. I was responsible for developing design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel. I was also responsible for speeding up the process flow, I did this by designing and making part catchers which are tools used to catch parts directly on the machine. This reduced the cycle time for making a part by 30%.
