Performing audits internally and
externally to ensure that companies are capable of the task at hand.
Reviewing and approving of various QA and Design Drawing documents prior to Fabrication.
Following the intervention points of the QCP.
Ensuring the any testing such as NDT and FAT is performed by qualified personnel.
Raising Non Conformity reports for items not conforming.
Ensuring full traceability of QA documentation and doing a final review of Data Books.
Ensuring packaging and dispatch is done as per industry requirements.

Perform Audits regularly.
Monitor performance of suppliers and subordinates.

Generate checklists for each department to ensure that there are no errors.

Perform Quality Awareness Training.
Generate a procedure of how inspections should be conducted and how report writing should be done as many inspectors don't have the required skills of report writing.

Performing visual inspections.
Reviewing of Welding procedures prior to Fabrication.
Performing Audits of Capability.
Reviewing and generating of Quality Control Plans.
