Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
To lecture students on pre-approved material and to give my experience and to provide instructors with experience on the fire ground and Hazardous incidents. Ad different approach to incidents. to share my expertise on different scenarios to handle and approach of the incident and how to handle it.

The core is communication, you can`t work if you don't receive any communication regarding the lecture the incident or investigation that has to be done. in any instance the gather of information is important.
same as when I did Forensic arson fire Investigations. You need information to start the process. Something had to happen and information shared.

I am passionate about my work and results orientated. I have ambition and is driven to perform and get results and get the best out of people. I am motivated to get results for a subject.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:
Fire Inspections and Forensic Investigations. It is a challenge as people try to cut corners and hide evidence.
You have to do the work meticulously due to if you miss something, it can jeopardise lives and have a different outcome financially.
Emergency response, due to an incident isn`t just an incident, it's a whole process of events coming into one event. Which can have a possibility of catastrophic proportions on human and animal life and financial implications, which could last a few years if handled wrong.
Skill area of competence:
Leadership in managing people in different situations. To take control in incidents when an incident has occurred. To drive people to go with me into incidents that carried alot of danger.
Attention to detail, due to the nature of the work. And observant for detail. as it may be used in court or to build a case. My attention to detail for finding the problem and source of fire.
Career summary:
Have 23 years of experience in the Emergency, Medical and trauma field. Have 6 years' experience in ad hoc investigations for insurance industry and inspections for safety and fire regulations. 17 years Fire station officer in the capacity as station health and safety representative.

Interacting with people, and how they communicate their own way.
Doing research on certain topics of an investigation.
