Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

As an Interior Architect - Consultant(PMCM), I am working with inter disciplinary professionals to manage and inspect the interior works including fit out and FFE, handling on site issues analytically, providing solutions to the contractors and ensure all the works to be commenced smoothly on site.
Oversighting full interior package from enabling works to final completion and granting approval for the finished works. Ensuring high-end level of finishing and details as per design intent and required specifications keeping in view building regulations.
Part of my job also include guiding and managing junior inspectors and reviewing material submittals and shop drawings for fit out and FFE. Also reviewing engineering documents for coordination and solving conflicts on site with attention to details.
